Delivered while working at OptiFlow, where I contributed to the system's configuration, customization, and rollout.

Key responsibilities
- Gathered requirements from stakeholders and mapped retail beauty workflows onto ERPNext modules
- Configured item masters, variants, and the product catalogue for cosmetics SKUs
- Set up sales, purchasing, and inventory processes with role-based permissions
- Configured the accounting module and chart of accounts
- Built management reports and dashboards
- Supported user acceptance testing and end-user training
Technical contributions
- Customized DocTypes and forms through the Frappe framework to fit the product catalogue structure
- Implemented server-side validation and workflow automation in Python
- Developed custom script and query reports for inventory and sales visibility
- Configured role-based access control and user permission rules
- Containerized the deployment with Docker for consistent environments
