A full-scale ERP system for a pharmaceutical manufacturing company, covering the complete business lifecycle from raw materials and production planning through manufacturing, finished products, inventory, sales, and distribution. Developed as part of my work at OptiFlow, contributing to the system's development, customization, and implementation.

- Contributed to development, customization, and implementation across the manufacturing lifecycle
- Configured raw material management and production planning
- Implemented manufacturing and work order flows through to finished products
- Set up inventory, sales, and distribution processes
- Built reporting across production, stock, and distribution
- Supported implementation, testing, and user rollout
Technical contributions
- Customized DocTypes and workflows to model pharmaceutical production stages
- Implemented BOM and production planning structures for batch manufacturing
- Developed Python server-side logic validating transitions across production and inventory
- Built operational reports spanning manufacturing, finished goods, and distribution
