- Configured raw material and inventory management for textile inputs
- Set up bills of materials, work orders, and production planning
- Implemented finished goods handling and stock valuation
- Configured sales, invoicing, and accounting integration
- Built production and stock reporting for the factory floor
- Supported testing and operator training
Technical contributions
- Configured multi-level BOMs, operations, and work order routing for textile production
- Customized DocTypes to capture jacquard-specific product specifications
- Wrote Python server scripts validating material consumption against production output
- Developed custom production throughput and stock movement reports
- Containerized the deployment with Docker
