Key responsibilities
- Configured multi-warehouse inventory structures and stock locations
- Automated stock movements between warehouses and delivery points
- Set up sales and purchase order workflows for distribution operations
- Implemented delivery and dispatch tracking
- Integrated distribution activity with accounting
- Delivered real-time inventory reporting for operations staff
Technical contributions
- Configured warehouse trees, item defaults, and bin-level stock tracking
- Automated stock entry generation for inter-warehouse transfers
- Implemented Python hooks for stock availability and dispatch validation
- Built custom print formats for delivery and dispatch documents
- Set up the containerized Docker and Nginx production deployment
