A complete ERPNext implementation for Accumix that digitizes core business processes and connects operations, procurement, and finance in one system. Delivered while working at OptiFlow, where I contributed to module configuration, customization, and implementation.

Key responsibilities
- Translated existing spreadsheet-based processes into structured ERPNext workflows
- Configured inventory, warehouse, procurement, sales, and accounting modules
- Migrated legacy master data into the new system
- Implemented approval workflows across purchasing and sales
- Built management dashboards and operational reports
- Supported testing, rollout, and user onboarding
Technical contributions
- Built custom DocTypes and field-level customizations on the Frappe framework
- Automated multi-step approval workflows with document state transitions
- Wrote Python server-side scripts for cross-module validation
- Developed custom reports for inventory accuracy and financial reporting
- Configured the Nginx-fronted deployment for production use
Business impact
Replaced manual, spreadsheet-driven processes with an integrated ERP, improving operational efficiency and data accuracy across departments.
